"Éclôt is a book composed of floral paintings and photographs from the different landscapes and surroundings of the artist's place of confinement. Started in mid-March, at the time of the first outbreaks, perceived as a return to basics, as an ode to nature, this work is a work on confinement, boredom, like a poetic stroll."

Maël Le Briand is a painter working in acrylic on different supports. Favoring large formats, he likes to detect singular signs in his daily environment. He constantly reworks them until he creates graphic forms of his own.
